There are no specific time restrictions for using a grounding sleep mat; in fact, the more you use it, the better. It is generally recommended to use the sleep mat at night while sleeping for at least 8 hours for optimal benefits.

It's crucial to remember that grounding isn't a cure for diseases; instead, it aims to restore your natural electrical balance. Generally, the longer you remain connected, the more benefits you may encounter, but individual responses can vary.

Each grounding kit includes an earthing tester to confirm the presence of adequate grounding in your home. If your home lacks proper grounding, you have two options: you can contact an electrician to establish proper grounding, or you can utilize our grounding rod, which comes with a 10-meter wire. Simply insert the rod into the ground and connect the wire to ensure your mat is properly grounded.
