If you are not satisfied with the Red Light Therapy Pad, you may request a return within 60 days from the date of order.
Important Conditions:
- The 60-day period starts from the date of order, not the delivery date.
- If 60 days have passed from the order date, the product will not be eligible for refund under this challenge.
- The product must be returned in usable condition.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging.
- The product must not be physically damaged, burnt, broken, water-damaged, or tampered with.

If the returned product does not meet the above conditions after inspection, the refund request may be rejected.

CANCELLATION
You can request the cancellation of items or orders before they are dispatched from our warehouse by emailing us with your Order ID and the reason for cancellation. Please ensure that the cancellation request is made using the same email address used for placing the order on our site. Send your cancellation request to support@groundingmat.in.
Once the order has been shipped from our warehouse, it cannot be canceled. However, if you receive a faulty product upon delivery, you may initiate a return request.
DAMAGE ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon delivery or within 7 days of delivery. If you find that the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and resolve it at no additional cost to you.

Once your return request is processed, our delivery partner will come to collect the product. Please ensure that all items, including the original packaging and any accessories that came with the product, are ready for pickup when our delivery partner arrives.
After we receive the returned product, we will inspect the shipment and begin the refund process. The refund process typically takes 1 to 2 working days to initiate after receiveing the product.
DOMESTIC REFUND PROCESS (INDIA ONLY)
Once the return process is completed, we will initiate the refund based on your payment method—COD or prepaid. Please note that the two-way shipping cost, approximately Rs. 400/- (depending on the weight and dimensions of the product), will be deducted from the refund amount. Additionally, any COD charges applied at the time of purchase will not be refunded.
For Prepaid Orders: The two-way shipping charges will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded to the original payment source. Once the refund is processed, it may take approximately 3-7 days for the amount to reflect in your bank account.
For COD Orders: The two-way shipping charges and any COD fees will be deducted from the refund amount. During the refund process, we will request your bank account details to complete the transfer.

- You are responsible for the cost of shipping the return back to us. We strongly recommend adding tracking to your shipment and retaining the tracking number until the refund process is completed.
- If you choose not to add tracking and the shipment is lost by the carrier, we cannot be held responsible for replacing or refunding the order.
To return your product, please email us with your order number at support@groundingmat.in. We will provide you with an RMA number and return instructions.
After we receive the returned product, we will inspect it and begin the refund process.
REFUND PROCESS (INTERNATIONAL ONLY)
Once the return process is completed, we will initiate the refund. Please note that the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount, and the remaining balance will be transferred back to you. It may take 10-15 days for the refunded amount to reflect in your bank account.
